Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 1-3 weeks or more.
2. Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.
International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and package weight. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: We mainly use USPS, but may use UPS on more expensive or heavier orders. We can ship with most preferred carriers, just message us to see if we're able to accommodate. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited options are available, but please message us to make sure you're able to receive your item when needed. Please note that expedited shipping costs will vary.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress online.
5. Shipping Address
Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. No refunds will be made until item is returned to us in the event of non-delivery.
6. Shipping Issues
Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us via chat 24/7. We’ll do our best to assist you and resolve any issues with your shipment. We can not refund lost items until the carrier issues the insurance payment, this can take a while.
7. Local Pickup
Availability: If you’re in the area, local pickup is an option! Just select pickup at check out. Want to pickup same day? Message us to let us know and we'll try our best to have your item available as quickly as possible!
