Refund policy

At Elektra Vintage, we’re committed to offering you unique and timeless vintage finds, but because of the nature of the pieces we sell, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This policy ensures that every item maintains its unique vintage character and helps us keep our prices competitive. Please review our refund policy below:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us via our chat.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question via our chat 24/7. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If item is received not as described in the description or inaccurate measurements, please let us know.


Exceptions
We strive ourselves on sourcing high-quality vintage pieces, but we can make mistakes too. If the item is received defective outside of what was stated in the description, wrong measurements, or the item has an issue within the 7 days of purchase, we'd be more than happy to issue a refund/exchange. Any items over $100 will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Love the item you received, but had a zipper jam/bust or a significant portion of a seam come undone? We'd be more than happy to offer you the price of repair as compensation. If this is the case, please message us before repair so we can discuss the options. This is also required to be within our 7-day window. 

Exchanges

Love our items and want to try again? We'd love to offer you an even exchange for the defective item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Customer will be responsible for shipping of the exchange item. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
